Dr. Michael Filbin's research expertise is sepsis and severe infection. He is the Director of Clinical Research as well as an attending physician in the department of emergency medicine at Massachusetts General Hospital. He received his MD from Baylor College of Medicine and completed a residency in the Harvard Affiliated Emergency Medicine Residency Program (HAEMR) at Brigham and Women's and Massachusetts General Hospitals.
